I Love Shopping with MaSucree

Hi guys! Sorry for the random disappearance, but I’ve had things on my mind for the past week and felt too distracted! However, MaSucree was making me feel guilty about my slackness so I thought I’d do a small post to show off the small haul I got last Friday when we went on a little shopping trip

First up is the 3 China Glazes MaSucree was de-stashing that I decided to claim:

After lunch we stopped in at the new Typo store on Queen St and I scored a 2013 diary for $8

Pretty Then I picked up the Cranberry Joy body spritz from the Body Shop because it is the best thing ever and I hoard Cranberry Joy things because they’re limited >_< And THEN I got hayfever pills and dry shampoo from the pharmacy, but that’s boring so no photos.

Next is some OPI shatters I picked up when the Warehouse had them on sale for $5 each (as opposed to $25-odd). Score!

And now a lovely Revlon from Postie

Revlon Emerald City. I’ve had a hankering for this one since I saw Jessie’s swatch, so I picked it up when I came across it!

Last but not least we went to Farmers because I needed some new pressed powder :3

I like the ZA ones so that’s what I got… And scored a free compact too! I also picked up a new eyebrow pencil because my old one was old and gross. It’s Rimmel London in Hazel. It’s one of the lightest brow pencils I’ve come across but I still have to be super careful with it because my brows are quite light >_<

So yay for mini shopping spree day This was over a week ago, but I still haven’t had a chance to try all the polishes yet. I’ll show you when I do I also have some more polishes coming in the maaaaillll and I recently took part in a group buy of Nfu.Ohs and Orly polishes with the NZ Polish Addicts group on Facebook, so soon I will have my first ever Nfu.Ohs!!! Super excite to share them all! I’ve also been busy buying up a storm for our “Polish Elves” thing in the same group, basically it’s a Secret Santa thing but we send polishes

This polish addicts group is both amazing and a nightmare! Because they keep convincing me to buy when I know I shouldn’t But I love them all really :3

Four Brand New Color Club Polishes

Just as I started typing this I realised that I’ve never shared any of my Color Club polishes with you Whaaaaaaaaaaaat? I know! I have ten now and you haven’t seen any of the early one, epic blogger fail >< sorry about that. I’ll try and remedy that especially since the lovely Lani sent me two bottles, I should really share them with the world :3

So today’s post is about the latest four I brought which are from the newest Color Club collections: In True Fashion and Winter Affair. These four were brought from Head2Toe Beauty.

Hows it going? Been busy as usual for me, I handed in an assignment this week (wooo two more left now) and I have been hovering at the letter box waiting for my nail mail. One which came in the form of the lovely Del and her husband leaving it at my door

Today’s swatches are of the fantastic Ozotic 505. I was finally able to grab myself a bottle of this little beauty for a reasonable price from the New Zealand online store Gracie Lou.

I know I said my next post would be a L’Oreal make up review, but I brought new shoes that need sharing and then I remember I had more shoes that you hadn’t seen. I may have brought a “few” more pairs since I did my post about my shoes. So here is the rest:

How have you all been?

As always life is full at the moment with work, study, nail polish and Doctor Who.  I have almost finished my study just a few more assihnments and I get my qualification and at work it is comic book month which includes a dress up day, oh yeah! What you may not know is that I am writing this post on my swanky new tablet, hopefully this means more posts done while stuck on the bus, but more than likely posts done from bed.

My poor nails are taking a break at the moment in an attempt to repair them and my poor hands, I think I might have to change to non acetone polish remover, do any of you lovelies use it? I have a bottle of Max Factor Fantasy Fire longing to swatched and shared, but I’ll leave that to Del so you can see it on her lovely nails. So instead of spamming you with nail polish I thought I would post some reviews of my recent puchases for you. Which scarily enough is a few things eep!

China Glaze Bohemian Luster Chrome Collection

My China Glaze came in the post a few days ago and already I have swatched them all The Bohemian Collection is actually my Birthday present from Mr Gabby, isn’t he lovely! I am impressed with this collection and it is one of the few collections that I actually like all of them. I am majorly crushing on duo chromes and chromes at the moment and so this collection really is perfect for me.

DUOCHROMES!!!!

Ever since I got into nail polish in a big way I have coveted duo chrome polishes. Del and I go on about it all the time, but buying nail polish can be a real trial in New Zealand. Most of our nail polish collection is from overseas and even trying to find websites that ship to New Zealand can be hard. So Duochromes have always been a little out of reach until I found Beauty Bay.

Beauty Bay is a pretty awesome site, not only do they deliver to NZ BUT FOR FREE!!! *dies* They have so many different brands besides nail polish and for reasonable prices. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Now onto the nail polish!

Shopping with Del, and More Awesome Water-Marbling!

Yesterday Miss MaSucree and I decided to meet up on her day off and go shopping together in the city! With my limited spending money I had to try to be restrained, but I still managed to get quite a few things I’m quite excited about ^_^

I promise, at the end you get to see some totally awesome water marbled nails (that I’m completely vain about).
